The New Trade Shutters branding needed to be implemented across the business and this began with updating the Trade Shutters Brochure for new and existing customers.
The tone of voice became more informal to aid in building open and relaxed relationships with a stereotypical tradesman, but a focus on technical imagery and drawings demonstrates a feel of craftsmanship and expertise to professionalise it.
